New hydra-cell pumps on show

WANNER INTERNATIONAL has announced it will display its full range of Hydra-Cell diaphragm Process and Metering pumps at Achema 2018 on Stand D51 with the theme: “Hydra-Cell seal-less pump technology… It’s different” and says the unique and advantageous differences will be highlighted with product displays, working demonstrations and cutaway pump models.
The company says the new Hydra-Cell Metering Solutions MT8 triplex metering pump, designed to handle a variety of processing fluids at low flow rates from 0.227 to 30.28 lph and pressures up to 241 bar, will be shown in Europe for the first time. Exceeding API 675 performance standards, its multiple diaphragm design provides virtually pulse-free flow without the need for pulsation dampeners. Also to be shown for the first time will be the Hydra-Cell Q155 high horsepower quintuplex diaphragm pump.

WANNER says its new Hydra-Cell Metering Solutions model MT8 triplex metering pump is designed to handle a variety of processing liquids with very high accuracy at very low flow rates; delivering a smooth virtually pulse-less flow for a very homogeneous injection of liquids at process pressures from 0 to 245 bar.
WANNER INTERNATIONAL reports it has extended its range of oil coolers with the introduction of two new models, designed for use in potentially harsh and corrosive environments, including marine applications.
WANNER INTERNATIONAL reports that in response to customer requests and following extensive testing, Hydra-Cell G35 high pressure, diaphragm pumps are now rated to 100 bar pressure. Conventionally the G35 has been rated with a maximum pressure of 83 bar and a maximum flow rate of 140 litres per minute.
