WANNER INTERNATIONAL says its exclusive new "Control Freak" electronic controller provides motor speed control for Hydra-Cell Metering Solutions pumps (or Hydra-Cell bare shaft pumps in metering applications) and is able to control multiple pumps with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) from a single point and because motor speed is directly proportionate to flow rate in a Hydra-Cell pump, high accuracy can be achieved through the use of VFDs.
Wanner says with an easy to use, 7" colour graphic touch-screen user interface the state-of-the-art technology provides optimum speed control based on your desired flow and pressure ratings and customers can enter the desired flow rate or volume along with system pressure and the controller automatically runs the pump at desired flow rate or volume total/time, or in pre-set batches.

WANNER INTERNATIONAL reports it has introduced a range of Hydra-Cell, ATEX approved Dosing Performance Pumps with precise mechanical variator control, all mounted on a substantial stainless steel base plate.
WANNER INTERNATIONAL has introduced two new Hydra-Cell Dosing Performance Pump ranges with mechanical flow rate adjustment.The company says because seal-less Hydra-Cell pumps are true positive displacement pumps, flow rate is directly proportionate to input shaft speed and virtually independent of system discharge pressures. Very precise, infinite adjustment of shaft speed is achieved through a simple manual adjust hand wheel.
WANNER INTERNATIONAL has announced it will display its full range of Hydra-Cell diaphragm Process and Metering pumps at Achema 2018 on Stand D51 with the theme: “Hydra-Cell seal-less pump technology… It’s different” and says the unique and advantageous differences will be highlighted with product displays, working demonstrations and cutaway pump models.
