Cut resistant glove

Published:  10 May, 2018

Globus.jpgHand protection specialist GLOBUS says it has further enhanced its leading portfolio of safety gloves with the introduction of the new SHOWA 4561.

The company says tested to the new EN388: 2016 standard delivering level D cut resistance, the new 4561 also features ZORB-IT technology providing outstanding grip in oily conditions due to an extra absorbent nitrile coating.

Globus says the combination of features makes it ideally suited to workers in the engineering sector where there are significant cut hazards as it also offers abrasion and contact heat resistance, whilst at the same time delivering excellent levels of dexterity and comfort. Winner of the DuPont Kevlar Glove Innovation Award, the new SHOWA 4561 glove is manufactured using SHOWA’s engineered yarn technology.
