Human Error Reduction workshops

Published:  26 February, 2018

Larry_Wilson_-_author_of_SafeStart.jpgSAFESTART, a leading safety training programme, invites companies to attend its latest discovery workshops. The events will take place in Windsor on Tuesday 13th March, Manchester on Wednesday 14th March and rounds off on the 15th of March in Dublin, Ireland.

Created for health and safety leaders, operations and HR managers, the workshops are intended to address key workplace safety issues including human error, recurring injuries, lack of employee engagement, and the perceived conflicts between production and safety. These “common safety pain points” are issues that every manager encounters at one time or another and experts at the event will outline the factors that lead to these issues and provide insight into how they can be solved.

The company says the event will leave attendees with a clear understanding of how SafeStart gives people the skills and awareness to avoid making unintentional mistakes that lead to injury. The initiative is designed to help companies move beyond compliance and beyond the workplace to improve employee engagement, culture, family safety and business results.
