Sandvik-sustainability-3.jpgSANDVIK has announced it has once again been selected as a member of the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). The top 10% most sustainable companies in each respective industry are included. The 2017 DJSI has awarded a percentile score of 97, which means that Sandvik performs better on the indicators overall than 97% of assessed companies in the same sector, Capital Goods.

“Sustainability is key to our ability to create increased customer value, enabling us to help our customers become safer, more efficient and more productive. Hence, it is a natural part of our business strategy,” says Björn Rosengren, president and CEO of Sandvik. Sandvik performed best of the assessed companies in its industry (Capital Goods) in various areas.
