Awards for Excellence finalists revealed

Published:  18 July, 2023

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) has announced the finalists for its 30th Awards for Excellence.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Awards for Excellence, the event will be held at The Londoner Hotel, a new venue in the heart of London’s West End

Taking place on 28th September, the CILT(UK) Awards for Excellence celebrate and recognise excellence across logistics and transport and applaud the brightest talent and most pioneering organisations across the UK.

In the Award's landmark anniversary year, the judges were impressed with the record amount of entries received, and the quality of applications as the profession continues to recover and thrive after a tumultuous period.

The Institute provides learning opportunities for individuals and organisations to share best practice and the Awards for Excellence provide an opportunity to highlight the achievements of people across the logistics and transport sectors and a chance to engage with the best and brightest across the profession.

Andrew Weatherill FCILT, Interim Chief Executive Officer, CILT(UK) said: “The Awards for Excellence are regarded as one of the highest honours in the industry and I’m pleased to report that standard this year was especially high as well as a record number of entries. At CILT(UK), we continue to celebrate, recognise and applaud innovation across the profession, and this year’s Awards for Excellence will yet again provide a unique opportunity to promote key achievements across our industry. As the profession gathers in the heart of the West End, we look forward to highlighting the tremendous talent that shines across the broad sector of logistics and transport.”

This year’s finalists were selected by an expert judging panel from across the transport and logistics profession.
