Work management without the guess work

Published:  03 March, 2017

Softsols.jpgSOFTSOLS GROUP says Maintec 2017, (21st to 23rd March at the NEC) will see it showcase its brand new intelligent work capture and deployment solution AUTOAgility. The company says based on over 30 years’ experience in managing work across a variety of sectors; AUTOAgility uses dynamic, behind the scenes rules to ensure the right detail and quality of information is captured for each work request and then automatically deploys it to the most appropriate resource for completion.

Using a dynamic question/response driven helpdesk, AUTOAgility can ensure all the relevant information for each request is quickly and completely captured and nothing can be overlooked or missed out that could prevent the work from being dealt with and completed right first time. AUTOAgility then finds the person with the right skills and availability and deploys the work to them, ensuring the work is started and completed as quickly as possible.

Softsols says AUTOAgility can even take into account physical location and assign work to the closest available resource, work is captured and completed in one process; the team work on jobs appropriate to their skills and savings are made across administration and scheduling, all done automatically with Agility.

The company says visit stand M300 to see AUTOAgility plus the other latest features from Agility. David Hipkin, SoftSols Group MD, will also be taking part in the Maintec Dialogue session on IoT on Tuesday 21st March.
