Breaking all the rules
Published:  18 October, 2007

Wilden's  Pro-Flo X is the latest technology to help maximise efficiency in air operated double diaphragm pumps, and most importantly it removes the need for an external control device.

"The Pro-Flo X air distribution system introduces Wilden"s latest development, the Energy Management System (EMS)”, reports AxFlow’s Peter Carfrae. “This enables pump users to fine tune each pump by adjusting the air volume at the pump inlet with the simple turn of a dial.

“It has always been accepted practice to use an external device for adjusting the efficiency of this type of pump. With the development of the EMS, Wilden has broken all the rules because air flow adjustment is now an integral component of the Pro-Flo X. The beauty of the EMS is that pump users can adjust the Pro-Flo X to meet specific operating requirements, thereby ensuring optimised operating flexibility and production efficiency.”

Suitable for all applications where air operated double diaphragm pumps provide an effective and efficient pumping solution, the Pro-Flo X contains all the advanced design features of the Pro-Flo V system.
