Energy efficient commercial burners

EOGB Energy Products has launched its latest range of gas-fired commercial burners which meet the demand for higher efficiency, and are also environmentally sensitive products.

Distributed in the UK by EOGB, the new range has been developed to comply with the latest requirements of the European market. New models include TBG 55 single-stage gas burner that offers enhanced efficiency for commercial heating applications from 110kW right up to 550kW.  In addition, their TBG-P model offers a two-stage burner option from 110kW to 1500kW.  Suitable for operation with any type of combustion chamber in accordance with EN 303, both burners offer high ventilation efficiency, low electrical input and very quiet operation.

To complete the range, models TBG-PN and TBG-ME are progressive two-stage/modulating gas burners from 110kW to1500kW. The two-stage progressive output use allows the burner to go from minimum to maximum (and visa versa) without stopping in intermediate stages therefore providing highly efficient operation.

In addition to producing very low emissions, the entire TBG range by EOGB features a light die-cast aluminium alloy casing that benefits efficiency and fuel economy. All models are designed to incorporate a hinge opening on either side for easy access to the combustion head making for simplified maintenance. The electrical panel has an electrical protection rating of IP55 and all of the burners are tested to conform to European norm EN 676. Additionally, they can be supplied with motor speed control and CO or O2 regulation.
