Protective film option

Published:  08 August, 2014

DIALIGHT, a specialist in LED lighting technology, has introduced a new glass protection film as an option to the SafeSite LED High Bay range for improved safety in hazardous areas. It is said to be particularly suited to food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, where the prevention of glass contamination within the product lines is of paramount importance.

With a thin, clear plastic film added to the exterior surface of the glass lens on the SafeSite LED High Bay, industries can be reassured that glass contamination will not occur.

The easy to clean SafeSite LED High Bay is said to be resistant to harsh and dusty environments and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 65°C. It is available from 150W to 270W, and delivers between 9,500 lumens and 21,000 lumens, said to ensure superior illumination and maximum energy efficiency
